Last updated July 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Promode Tech Solutions AB (org. no. 556603-0093), Gamla Brogatan 19, 111 20 Stockholm, Sweden (“MintNoir”) collects, uses, and protects your personal data when you use our Service. We are the data controller. Contact our privacy team at privacy@mintnoir.com.
1. Data we collect
- Account & order data - email, order history, and the wallet address you provide.
- Payment data - processed by our payment providers; we receive a token/status, not your full card number.
- Identity (KYC) data - where verification is required: name, date of birth, government ID, and related documents.
- Technical data - IP address, device/browser information, and usage logs, used for security and fraud prevention.
2. How we use your data
- To create and fulfil your orders and mint/deliver your collectibles.
- To verify identity and meet anti-money-laundering (AML) and sanctions obligations.
- To detect and prevent fraud and secure the Service.
- To provide support and send service-related communications.
- To comply with legal obligations.
3. Legal bases
Under the EU GDPR (Regulation 2016/679) and the Swedish Data Protection Act, we rely on: performance of a contract (fulfilling your order); legal obligation (KYC/AML, tax); legitimate interests (security, fraud prevention); and consent (where required, e.g. non-essential cookies).
4. Sharing
We share data with service providers who help us operate - payment processors, identity/KYC providers, cloud hosting, and analytics - under contract. Note that blockchain transactions are public: a collectible’s token id, its metadata, and the wallet that holds it are visible on-chain. We do not sell your personal data.
5. Cookies
We use essential cookies to run the site and, with your consent where required, limited analytics cookies. You can control non-essential cookies via the cookie banner or your browser settings.
6. Retention
We keep personal data for as long as needed to provide the Service and to meet legal obligations - for example, KYC and transaction records are typically retained for the period required by applicable AML law after your last transaction.
7. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, correction, or deletion of your data, object to or restrict certain processing, and request portability. To exercise these rights, contact privacy@mintnoir.com. You may also complain to your local data-protection authority - in Sweden, the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY).
8. International transfers & security
Your data may be processed outside your country under appropriate safeguards. We use technical and organizational measures - including encryption of sensitive data at rest - to protect it.
9. Children
The Service is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
